You may have spotted our Lion’s Mane Steak on the summer menu. Now you can grow your own Lion’s Mane mushrooms at home and create your own version of this incredible dish. 👨‍🍳✨

We’re excited to launch our brand new Lion’s Mane Grow Kits, created in collaboration with marvellous-mushrooms.co.uk, with 100% of profits going to @thesurgesanctuary. ❤️🐷

Each kit contains a large 3kg ready-to-fruit block, capable of producing up to 1kg of fresh Lion’s Mane mushrooms across 2–3 separate flushes. Your first harvest usually appears in around 20 days. The kits are compact, easy to grow at home, and come with simple instructions, plus support if needed.

Lion’s Mane is a rare and beautiful gourmet mushroom, known for its cascading white spines, wonderfully meaty texture and mild, nutty flavour. It’s perfect for recreating our Lion’s Mane Steak at home, or for adding to stir fries, pasta, burgers and whatever kitchen sorcery you fancy. 🍄✨

Each kit includes our grow guarantee, so if it doesn’t work, you’ll receive a replacement kit.
